Looking for an unfair sponsorship advantage?

Let RaceQuest develop a racing proposal and marketing strategy that is sure to top the competition, and break through the daily clutter that the typical sponsorship decision maker is faced with.

Most recently, a proposal created by RaceQuest's Bill Catania was featured at the NASCAR Short Track Racing Summit by Dodge Marketing Executives as an example for others to follow! The proposal, created for client Holland Speedway, is just one example of the quality found within the RaceQuest program - you too can have the same quality proposal as you represent your race team to prospective sponsors.

The PROdesign Process

(Seven Steps to Serious Firepower)

1. 30 - 60 Minute Marketing Consultation with RaceQuest's Bill Catania. Complete assessment of your team/operation. This is where we identify key opportunities and strengths that will be promoted in the proposal.
2. Information Survey (Used to build the proposal, completed by you, to gather details like past performance, where you race, etc.
3. Images supplied by driver/owner: email your images to RaceQuest.
4. Draft proposal created
5. Review by driver/owner
6. ONE round of changes included - if needed
7. File sent to you as Power Point or Word file, and on CD

While each proposal is different, we will typically create a proposal that is 15 - 20 pages in length.

Your proposal will be created in a format that you can easily change, to serve your needs as a template for the duration of your racing season. While we prefer and suggest Microsoft Power Point, proposals can also be created in Microsoft Word.

For 2008, let us help you "Tune-Up" your proposal, or create a totally new look, supported by a marketing strategy and approach that will get the attention of prospective sponsors.
